.::: House in the 1st row to the sea :::.
On the beautiful island of Žirje, the house is situated in the 1st row to the sea. It is located on a plot of 269sqm and has a residential area of about 200sqm. The house is cascaded and consists of basement, ground floor and attic.
In the basement there is a 1-bedroom apartment of approx. 40sqm. The apartment has a sauna and exit to the spacious terrace of 50sqm which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the unforgettable sunset.
On the ground floor there is another comfortable and "open space" apartment of approx. 100sqm, consisting of an entrance hall, wardrobe, bathroom and a 25sqm balcony overlooking the horizon.
On the first floor there is a space of approx. 35sqm which currently serves as a tavern with kitchen and fireplace, but can be converted into a 1-bedroom apartment.
Above the house the covered stairs reach the 4th apartment of about 40sqm. The former garage and storage area have been converted into a beautiful apartment.
All apartments are habitable. In front of the house there is a beautiful beach with crystal clear sea.
Because of its location the house is ideal for all adrenaline catches and vacations on one of the most beautiful islands in the Šibenik archipelago!
Except the unforgettable adrenaline-filled fishing, there is the untouched nature of the island, the brilliantly clear sea and a multitude of beaches ideal for a peaceful vacation.
The area is ideal for a full adrenaline game - tuna hunting, marlin, ... while the open sea provides a sense of freedom. Priceless!
The tour of the property is possible by prior agreement and reservation of the terms (minimum two days in advance). Please contact the property code (ID Real Estate) by phone. We look forward to your call.
Šibenik
The oldest self-emerging Croatian city on the Adriatic, it is located in the most protected natural harbor, on the central part of the Croatian Adriatic coast, in the picturesque, divided bay into which the Krka flows, one of the most beautiful karst rivers in Croatia. With more than 40 000 inhabitants, Šibenik today is the capital city and cultural, educational, administrative and economic centre of Šibenik-Knin County.
In the old part of the city, that surrounds the Cathedral, the houses are of stone and compacted while the streets are narrow and winding with numerous steps and vaulted passageways. Small squares and numerous cultural-historic monuments (the Central City Square, the City Hall, the Prince’s Palace), four forts (St. Nicholas, St. Michael, Šubićevac and St. John) that surround the city, are testament to the rich past of this city.
Šibenik is adorned with well-known national parks that are close by: NP Krka – is Croatia’s seventh national park, with its seven travertine waterfalls. Krka is a natural and karst phenomenon; NP Kornati – consists of a separate and, by many things, known group of islands called Kornati. The tourist offerings in the city of Šibenik provide excursions to farm homesteads in conjunction with rural tourism; the Falconing centre - the only centre in which various types of predatory birds can be seen; Bungee jumping from the Šibenik bridge; diving, sailing, paintball, hiking, cycling…
A rich gastronomic selection offers all traditional specialties of Dalmatia: crab and mussel stews, stewed vegetables, meat or seafood risottos, bean stews, superb fish or meat soups and the unavoidable chard as a universal side dish to almost all foods. Traditional deserts that can be found in the Šibenik kitchen include rožata (a sort of crème brulee), fritule (fritters) and kroštule (deep fried dough).
The city of Šibenik has another name – the City of Children, because for over 50 years in a row it has been the host of a children’s event in Croatia that has an international character, the International Children’s Festival, for which it is known worldwide.
