Šibenik
The oldest self-emerging Croatian city on the Adriatic, it is located in the most protected natural harbor, on the central part of the Croatian Adriatic coast, in the picturesque, divided bay into which the Krka flows, one of the most beautiful karst rivers in Croatia. Traditional deserts that can be found in the Šibenik kitchen include rožata (a sort of crème brulee), fritule (fritters) and kroštule (deep fried dough).
